Project designed while Associate at Hart Howerton. This 2,700 acre development was positioned as a brand new town on the outskirts of Florida’s historic Pensacola. With a focus on walkable live/work neighborhood designs with interconnected green belts and park spaces, the development, was designed as highly amenitized New Urbanist alternative to Pensacola’s outlying neighborhoods. With 500 new residences with a variety of neighborhood characteristics, a world class golf course, golf clubhouse and pro shop, neighborhood pools, pool houses and fitness centers, walking trails and extensive green belts and parks, designs for Jubilee shows the potential of a holistic approach to designing new environments.
