Project designed while President of New World Architecture. Designed as an investment property for the client, the exterior was designed to respond to the historic context of the neighborhood, whilst the interior was designed as a contemporary, open plan and very elegant and minimalist environment. Large expanses of wall space to accommodate an art collection and a strong connection to the outside, accomplished with large folding doors, define this Long Island house.
